Shipping & Shop Policies


If you've ordered an in stock item from our website, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

For any custom orders, please contact us so that we can discuss timing with you. Custom orders require some processing time and depending on the scope of work, you can anticipate a minimum of seven days before any custom designs will be complete. 

If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us. We are happy to help in any way we can.

Canada: 5 - 7 business days (these are estimates) 

USA: 1-3 weeks (these are estimates)

**Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

We do our absolute best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't always guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. 

Please note, there have been some mail delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Customs and Import Taxes

Nomadic Designs is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any additional fees that may be incurred at customs. Nomadic Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom Orders 

Please expect to receive an invoice upon making any custom orders. Payments will need to be paid in full before any custom, handcrafted work can begin. Once payment is received, it is considered non refundable.

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (small fee).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of scenarios when we do accept returns. Unless the following arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • We do not accept returns for any custom or personalized orders. We work very closely with you throughout the custom design process to ensure satisfaction and unfortunately cannot accept returns for these items.
